Shock Tube for Cast Blasting

1. Performance of shock tube for cast blasting
(1.)detonation velocity: the detonation velocity should not be less than ***0 m/s when shock tube is put in temperature of *0 ℃±*0 ℃, and the detonation velocity range of same batch should be not more than **0 m/s.
(2.)detonation sensitivity: in - *0 ℃ to *0 ℃ temperature range, one No.8 industrial detonator should fully detonate *0 detonation shock tube with detonating pieces.
(3.)detonation propagation reliability: in temperature of *0 ℃±*0 ℃, it should explode normally without broken the initiating side wall.
(4.)seismic performance: after 5 min vibration on the vibration test machine, it should explode formally without broken the initiating side wall.
(5.)tensile properties: when you take mechanical tensile test, the shock tube should not be snapped.

2. Appearance of shock tube for cast blasting
(1.)appearance: there should not be broken hole, obvious lump, flake and embedded impurities on the shock tube wall; Outside surface of shock tube should have no apparent stuck explosive, discontinuous explosive or mechanical impurities.
(2.)outer diameter: 2.8 mm to 3.2 mm, tolerance：+ / - 0.*5 mm. other outside diameter specification is also allowed after negotiation.

3. Application and Types ofshock tube for cast blasting
This product is manufactured according to standard WJ/T********4, is mainly used to assembly detonating tube detonator. It has advantages of resisting stray current, and lightning induction. Models: DBGP (DBG represents shock tube; P means normal type); DBGG (DBG represents shock tube; G high strength type).

4. Application notice of shock tube for cast blasting
(1.)when you use the shock tube, open the package, cut it according to your need of the length and the number, following by inserting the finished shock tube into connecting pieces or connection elements with application requirements, and finish all the process by fixing or sealing it.
(2.)this product can be detonated by special primer, or No.8 shock tube detonator or electric detonator detonating.
(3.)Shock tube with original packaging opened should be used in time, while those not to be used temporarily should be sealed at ends or stored in a dry place, to prevent moisture absorption. It is strictly prohibited to be stored for a long time after opening the packaging.

5. Transportation storage and shelf of shock tube for cast blasting
(1) during transportation, this product transportation should not be exposure in sun or rain, never put together with the inflammable.
(2) this product should be stored in dry and ventilated warehouse without direct sunlight or heat. Keep it from fire source and power supply or sun exposure for long time.
(3) its shelf life can be three years since manufacture date, as long as it is kept in original packaging and stored in ventilated, dry, fire prevention warehouse.
